Hi, I’m Emily Shields; a photographer, equestrian, and lifelong animal lover. I’ve been behind the camera since 2020, capturing the beauty, power, and personality of horses, dogs, and the occasional car.

As a rider and competitor myself, I understand the bond between horse and rider on a personal level. That connection drives my passion for equine photography. From quiet portraits to the intensity of horse shows. I aim to preserve moments in a way that feels both artistic and authentic.

While I’m based in New England, my work has taken me to California, Florida, and beyond. No matter where I am, my approach stays the same: patient, detail-oriented, and always with a deep respect for the animals and people I photograph.
